The hotel has a central location. Trams and bus routes are very close for exploring. The hotel's decor is modern and industrial. Our room was huge with sofas and a bed.
Requests were not catered to. I checked in an hour late and waited in the lobby. I had to follow up about a champagne bottle organized for my mother's birthday. The hotel did not provide a quiet room. It was opposite a night club, and it was very noisy late at night.

I loved how helpful the staff were. They always wanted to. i will always come back here because of them. the team were pretty good. That cannot be understated.
From the 7th floor, i could hear traffic. It was noticeable throughout the night. this was a bit distracting as i tried to sleep.

I found the hotel embraced taylor swift so well. the bed was so comfy. It reminded me of sleeping on a cloud. both bars had a very fine design to it. the location was superb.
I think the snack options in the mini bar needed improvement. They are minimal. it made me a little sad, especially arriving late and finding limited choices beyond a toastie.
